• Facilitator prep material - You’ll have an overview of the program, answers to common questions, plus facilitation best practices we’ve learned from implementing these programs with hundreds of organizations.

• A robust leader’s guide - We design programs that are straightforward to run. The leader’s guide is your talk track. You will know exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to support your participants in their learning journey. We’ll also include places to insert your company’s mission, purpose, or values, plus all the other details that make your company special.

• Training materials- Our programs include robust slide decks and videos. The materials will do a lot of the heavy lifting for you, like introducing a concept, providing examples, and posing questions.

• Participant materials- A workbook (printed or digital) will engage your participants through the program and leave them with a lasting guide that is bespoke to their role.
